Q: Live chat
I like the live chat feature.
I think this feature alone is worth every penny.
My question is... is it possible on the whitelabel agency plan, to hide certain menu items? I would like to sell this tool but I don't want my clients to see all the other features.
Ideally I only them to have the option to talk back and forth with their customers via live chat with no distractions.
Is this possible?

This was previously answered by Andrew Maruschenko who said you have complete control over the platform on the Unlimited Agency (whitelabel) plan — you can disable specific sections or limit features so clients only see what you want (for example, just live chat). He also noted that Pro+ allows up to 5 agents and includes chat flows, you can assign any plan to your clients, create templates for them, and design your own plans to offer; however, you will not be able to view your clients’ chats or other data (contacts, tasks, tickets).
