For Multisite plan, Is the live chat conversation amount unlimited? Are there any restriction on the live chat conversation?

A: For AppSumo users there is no limit for live chat conversations.

This needs some work. 🤔 They are treated like regular Chat conversations. What I mean is that in email you can format text, make bullets bold, italic text. . It would also be nice to have a view like in Gmail or Outlook where you can see more context of the text.
There are already different methods of notifications like e-mail, SMS, Telegram ... Could you add notifications via Slack as well❓ It's a very well-known and popular system.
