Q: Live Chat on Agency
Hi Andrew,
Thank you again for creating such an incredible tool. I have a quick question about live agent capabilities for sub-accounts:
Would it be possible for our agency to handle live chat responses on behalf of sub-accounts? If so, could this be set up in a way that allows us to offer live agent services as an additional premium offering to our clients?

Yes, it's possible. Your client needs to invite you as the live chat agent, and you should accept the invitation. Once you've done that, you'll be able to view and respond to your client's chats.
