I bought the agency lifetime and hesitate to know if this is a correct choice.
Live chat on website always disabled. Send a ticket, no feedback. And the learning materials or chat templates not available to follow. Try whatsapp, I found the person is the founder who administer the whatsapp. Only answer the very first question regarding my agency purchase. For all subsequent question, no reply.
I am wondering if this is an AI chatbot, why the founder cannot upload the knowledge for AI to answer before he got time to handle the question.
If I am going to sell more license to clients, this level of support ...
