1. Have you considered redesigning the interface? Fewer buttons, more actions; less is more.
2. I know you've used Watoolbox and Eazybe; their buttons are visible and easy to use. Do you think you could offer something similar?
3. When will the option to filter messages and contacts by keywords or numbers be available? There are many positive comments, but no one is complaining about something so useful and frequently used.
4. It doesn't collect the names of saved contacts; it's overwhelming to have to re-enter all that information when a database already exists. When are you going to fix this?
5. The contact information option on the right should be collapsible; it distracts the agent during the chat. When will this be fixed?

A: Hello.
1 - Yes, we are in progress with the new UI
2 - I haven't used these tools, but I'll look at them.
3 - We are working on this. We aim to release this feature next week.
4 - I'll check your account. I don't have this issue in my own account.
5 - We will update the system next week, and this option will be included in that update.
6 - At this moment, you can mark the chat as "resolved" or assign tags to identify its state.
