Q: Protect white label leak in embed & source code?
Hi,
Can the white lable leakage in embed code and source code be prevented? Currently it clearly displays references to anychat.one

Sorry for the delay.
You need to add API domain to override the default embed link.

There are multiple references to "api.anychat.one" for instance

Yes. This is after mapping a CNAME record to api.anychat.one. It appears in the embed code for all clients and also on viewing source or inspecting element.

If you'd like, I can help check thing over for you. What's the best email to contact you on?

I tried sharing here, AS would not post. They'd rather prefer to keep a customer waiting for weeks even if there are issues with the tools they sell.
I am curious to know more about this

This is important for true white-labeling. Andrew, could you please answer this question?

Hi Andrew,
I mentioned in previous comments that I used a CNAME record pointing to api.anychat.one but when testing with a client account it shows as "api.anychat.one" in all script codes - "Menu Button Widget", "Standalone Livechat Widget" and "Unified Widget". What are we missing?
Also, it is clearly visible in the source code as "api.anychat.one". Could you correct these issues please?
