Q: questions for multilanguage e-commerce integration (1/2)
We are evaluating the tool for a multilanguage e-commerce website and would appreciate your clarification on a few pre-purchase questions. Our site is available in English and Italian, with URLs structured as domain.com/en and domain.com/it
1. Is it possible to display a short text next to the chat icon such as “Ask our experts”, and have this text change automatically according to the visitor’s browser language?
2. Can the widget display “Ask our experts” on pages starting with domain.com/en and “Chiedi all’esperto” on pages starting with domain.com/it, based on the page URL?
3. When an agent receives a message, can they see the exact URL of the page where the conversation started?
4. Is it possible to automatically expand the chat widget and show a welcome message after a visitor has stayed on a page for a defined number of seconds?

1 - yes, this possible. This functionality called "Prompt messages"
2 - no, at this moment it doesn't support multilanguage
3 - yes, we display the URL of each message
4 - this feature can be configured for multichannel widget (the one we have on anychat.one's homepage). For other widgets you can use simple JS snippet to achive this.
