Hello,

The WordPress plugin shows a network error even though the widget updates are being reflected. On the front end, it still shows powered by any chat.

Also, unable to get the email and Slack channel working - gives a connection error. I sent a WhatsApp message and someone said they would get back but there is still no update after 3 days.

I am not getting responses via WhatsApp or email. How do I contact you?
