Q: Ticketing and Support

Firstly - love the platform and love the agency option.

That said, there are two issues that I hope are a result of the appsumo launch, and not indicative of anychat management.

I raised a ticket using the anychat widget as requested. however, no reply to my questions. I am hoping this is because the anychat team are busy with the launch?

One of the questions is a significant one, which is the ticketing system is not registering new tickets regardless of where you register them / or how they are registered - can someone help resolve this problem?

this is the problem. you tell me to do that, so i do. and yet, no reply regarding the broken anychat ticketing system being used by your customers in their agency accounts. the ticket system doesn't register name, email or message, regardless of how you raise it. please fix as this is a critical part of anychat. thanks.
