Q: Unlimited Agency plan & ChatGPT chatbot

We have 2 questions
1- We have maximum 5 agents per client for the Unlimited agency plan.
Is there a way to increase that if our client wants that? if yes, how to do that please?
2- For the ChatGPT chatbot, is there a way that the AI bot will assign the request of visitor to a certain departement so the chat request wont be visible for other agents in other departments? if yes How to implement that?

A: Hello.
1 - yes, you can increase that number. You can do that in "Agency clients" section https://anychat.one/settings/agency-clients. Click "three-dot" menu and select "Edit plan features", then find the option "Chat agents count limit" (in the "Team") section.
2 - you can add custom functions like this https://app.screencast.com/BJ7NjOtwpgitb and connect each one to separate "Invite agent" action. Then select a department in each "Invite agent" action https://app.screencast.com/iwxYKXniemSZp

Regarding this issue, it is possible to create a routing.

For example, we have 5 salespeople for a certain product. If the Lead is directed to this product, is it possible to route and divide the Leads proportionally among the 5 salespeople?
