Q: Unlimited Agency Plans Pro+ plan assigning / BYOK Bot Conversations / Workspaces, clients, WL
Hi Andrew,
Could you please clarify:
1)Unlimited Agency plan differences vs Agency plan
a)Chatflows - this is Ai response via BYOK?
b)15 Agents - is this total per account or per client assigned to Pro+ plan?
c)500/month - human/bot/combined?
d)500/month - per client or full account?
2)BYOK Bot
a)What latest models supported?
b)Keys assigned per workspace or bot? Limits be specified?
c)What training sources can we train our bots?
d)How can human hand off be requested?
e)What channels can bots be trained to auto reply?
f)Future plans to include other channels such as connected IMAP/SMTP email?
3)WL
a)Can we assign clients to specific workspaces so they can login and access bot conversation logs, retrain etc?
b)WL include our branding, no AnyChat branding, CNAME, email alerts and insert code?
c)Custom plan purchases via Stripe only?
