Q: Use Custom GPT via OpenAI

Quick question before I jump in — I’m planning to create a Custom GPT via OpenAI (on their Pro plan), trained for both presale and technical support for my WordPress-based e-learning business.
Can AnyChat integrate with my own Custom GPT via API? What I’d love to do is:
Ask users when they message me to choose between Presale Questions and Technical Support
Based on their choice, send their message to my Custom GPT (via API) for a reply
Show that reply back inside the Messenger chat
And be able to jump into the chat myself when needed
Is this possible with AnyChat? Would love a bit of clarification — and if so, a pointer to the docs on setting it up 🙏

Hi, here to help.. I think you can do this internally on Anychat, but it will really depend on your training needs as the Anychat internal AI Assistants can be trained with files, urls and even the internal knowledge base. And apply these trained assistants to the chatflows, that are a power house on their own. Check about the AI assistants here: https://docs.anychat.one/chatflows-chatbot-builder

Yes, you can also add a custom GPT api key on the chatflows. Just use Custom option instead assistant.
