The scenario would be that the chatbot talks on the phone using voice when answering the phone (e.g. via Voip, Whatsapp...) and additionally the text record appears in the internal chat as evidence and can be analyzed by a human or artificial intelligence.

I saw that you're already using Twilio for SMS.
You could also use it for voice and VoIP calls to receive calls from outside, or even make outside calls in the future.
