Basically, we have 3 tiers:

1 - Multisite plan (one AppSumo code). With this plan, you can use anychat on unlimited websites. But those websites must be your own because only you can log in to anychat account to manage settings and incoming messages.

2 - Basic agency plan (two AppSumo codes). In the agency plan, you can create 5 client sub-accounts. Each client account will be with the Pro plan. Each client can login to his account to manage settings and incoming messages.

3 - Unlimited agency plan (6 AppSumo codes). The same as a basic agency, but unlimited. So you will be able to create unlimited client accounts and chat-agents. You also will be able to use your own custom domain.

You also can use AppSumo codes to fill up your internal account balance. Then you can use your account balance to buy some extra features such as chat flows, additional chat agents, or client accounts. If you have an unlimited agency plan, you will have all current and future functionality.
