Q: What is the main difference between the ai capabilities of Anychat and DMChamp
I’m currently evaluating AnyChat for my agency and have a few questions regarding the AI capabilities compared to sales-focused tools like DMChamp:
AI Appointment Booking: How advanced is the AI when it comes to booking? Can the AI assistant qualify a lead, check a real-time calendar (e.g., Google Calendar), and actually book the slot inside the chat (WhatsApp/Instagram/etc.) without sending the user to an external link?
Tier 3 White-Label: Does the Tier 3 (Growth) plan offer a full white-label experience?
AI Logic: Is the AI mostly focused on answering support questions from a knowledge base, or can it be trained with "sales-driven" logic to handle objections and push for a conversion?
