I'll try to go over them one by one.

1 - I don't believe Hub Spot integration is currently on the roadmap (although there are several integrations you can do through Zapier), but you can suggest and vote for it here: https://roadmap.anywhereapp.io. If enough interest is shown in a feature, we'll do our best to implement it in future updates! :)

2 - While I can't comment on Plutio specifically, some of the unique features of Anywhere include the ability to mark "decisions" and "blockers" that make navigating through your project's workflow faster. Also, we already have full implemented automation tools that function in a very easy to understand and use manner. I see that this is a feature that is also planned on Plutio, however, it is still not implemented there. Also, Anywhere is best suited for small teams, as we are a small team ourselves, and can be easy for any user to use after a quick demo tutorial!

3 - As an Admin you can customize and change roles to better suit your organization. You can decide which users have control over which boards (or which sections of the board) and can also give them specific privileges or restraints. Still, as an Admin, you'll have full control over the boards themselves. I don't know if this answers your question, but hopefully it helps!
