ApiX-Drive - Plus exclusive Reviews

I've been using Apix-Drive for more than a year now, and I absolutely love it.

The setup is incredibly easy, even if you're not a technical person. Within minutes, I had my first automations running.
Since then, I've built many automations connecting different tools in my business, and they have been running reliably ever since.

What I appreciate most is that Apix-Drive simply works. I don't have to worry about it. Once an automation is set up, it keeps doing its job in the background.

A huge bonus that many people may not realize: if a platform offers a Zapier integration, there's a very good chance you can connect it through Apix-Drive as well. Using webhooks, I've been able to connect countless tools and create workflows that save me hours every week.

So far I've connected:

Today, a large part of my business runs automatically because of Apix-Drive.

I'm genuinely grateful that I discovered this tool through AppSumo. It has saved me time, reduced manual work, and allowed me to automate processes that would otherwise cost much more through other platforms.

If you're on the fence: just try it. For me, this has been one of the most valuable AppSumo purchases I've ever made.

The number of native integrations are much more as they say on AppSumo. With webhooks and Zapier-style connections, the possibilities are much bigger than they first appear.

It's good especially with the tutorials and all but its really lacking when it comes to some crucial automation components like Delay and schedule.
This is just good for very basic automations but can't handle automations that have loops, logic and on.
I might be wrong but I am yet to use those features.

I LOVE how easy it is to set up an automation, it really is so simple and works really well. The only thing I would love to see is integrations with Google forms, Squarespace forms (not just commerce) and Tidycal.

ETA: Changed to 5 stars as I wasn't aware of tidycal integration and that's the main one for me :)

I don't need ultra-advanced automation. Even so, ApiX-Drive already lets you do some pretty cool things (reading and extracting information from an email with regex is possible, which is pretty impressive... but I have to admit that ChatGPT helped me out a lot on that one).

The only thing I would say is that the interface could do with a bit of a revamp, but apart from that, it works very well. I managed to understand how it works quite quickly, even though I'm new to the world of automation... So honestly, even with the Tier 1 licence (and therefore the price paid here on AppSumo), which is already generous, I'm more than satisfied, and considering the time it saves me, I've already got my money's worth!

I can't wait to see new integrations so I can do even more! I recommend it, ApiX-Drive deserves its 5 tacos! Well done!

Ok, I don't want to spend days learning how to use Zapier or the other super powerful and complex commercial alternatives. This is where Apix enters!
It is really easy to use.
To me, it has all the automations that I need, + webhooks to implement everything else.
So, it totally covers my use case for a fraction of the price of the others.
Btw, now they have much more integrations than mentioned in this listing, so, the development continues.
The material on how to set everything is clear and easy to follow step by step tutorials with examples and everything else you would need. I never needed to activate their live support.
