Q: Long loading time

Bought Appoint specifically because of round-robin capabilities and multiple calendar connection. Created a round-robin booking link and the loading time for the page was so long. it took 20secs for the page to load which is considered very slow. If you have someone trying to book a discovery call, they will think that your link is not working and end up not booking a call. This issue has been ongoing for months now and the support hasn't responded with a resolution.

Can someone help me here?

Q: Terrible product.

After buying Appoint in december 2023, it is still not working. The SSL certificate of my booking page, using a custom domain, is invalid. Why is this taking so long to fix?

Q: The app lacks a buffer zone.
