Great tool for remote teams to streamline communications and productivity

Initially, I gave this tool 2 tacos, due to some missing features and frustrations we've experienced as an agency. I even *almost* refunded it – but I'm so glad I didn't!

George (the founder) reached out personally and addressed all our issues at lightning speed. He took our feedback seriously, and delivered quick fixes to 99% of our problems, and shipped most of the features we wanted in just a couple of days.

The roadmap also looks VERY promising: at the current pace of development, I think it's reasonable to say that ApproveThis will mature into a full approval & feedback management platform within a few months at most.

With that being said, the tool is already super useful for us to manage approvals/feedback from our clients, regarding deliverables. It also helps internal decision making, although that's not our primary use case.

To summarize: amazing tool, promising roadmap, and an incredible founder – don't miss this gem!

With our e-commerce team ApproveThis solved a very specific pain fast. Setting up the mailbox took a few minutes. I created a forwarding address to the ApproveThis mailbox, and new requests started showing up immediately.

The easy part is how approvals works, all our managers are in email all day, so thats perfect. They get an email, click Approve or Decline, add a short note if needed, and they are done. That single feature removed a lot of “did you see this?” messages. We also like the simple status view and the automatic record of who approved and when, which keeps audits straightforward. Custom fields are there if we want them, but the default flow already fits 90% of our use cases. If you want a lightweight way to collect and track approvals without creating more logins, this hits the mark.
