Q: Tier 3 for Business plan, or no business plan in the deal at all?

I purchased the Tier 1 plan, but now I see that I need the Business plan to access the knowledge base, custom images, post directly to the website, etc. Does this mean if I upgrade to tier 3 here on AppSumo I'll have access to these features?

A: Hey there,

The AppSumo deal is entirely separate from the standard Arvow subscription plans.

The AppSumo deal, even at Tier 3, does not grant access to features exclusive to the Business Plan, such as the Knowledge Base or Custom Images. Those features require a separate, active Business Plan subscription.

Q: don't see any way to add codes

onboarding was a problem because the email was sent to my mobile device and i can't login to the desktop without login to password or email authentication. seems like only way to login is with email link redirect. how can i login with desktop with password?

Q: can't login with password

How can i login with password. Everytime I attempt to login an email is sent and then i am forced to login on the device that receives the email. Either allow password login or allow clicking on the email link authenticates the device that is attempting to login.
