Q: Hi there, this software looks promising and great for my needs.
I do have some questions however.
I am a designer for a magazine, and so the proof needs to be sent to the editor to go through and make comments. I have setup a demo trial and all was fine until I went to review the proof again and I can no longer see the pages in the PDF proof I had uploaded. Is an 80 page magazine too large for your approval software? Or is my profile just having a major glitch?

A very large number of customers in Ashore are routinely proofing magazines, catalogs, or other long-form PDFs. If you could please email our support team (support@ashoreapp.com), we'll make sure you're in good shape right away. When you message the support team, please also include the name of the proof you're experiencing an issue with.
