So far I haven't been able to successfully upload a video for client review to this platform. Any time an upload is started, the video file never gets fully processed to a point that I can share anything with clients to review.

I was really hoping for a solution to replace frame.io for our video production company. But, this one's a bust so far.

This is a neat little tool. It almost got by me until I got an email reminder. I saw it and thought that I would eventually pick it up. This tool is perfect for clients that seem to forget with they agreed to. Better yet when I forget. I did a quick screen capture of the finished product along with a page grab and dropped them both inside the proof. Then I emailed the link to the client. Also it has cname. This is really a very good tool. If you run an agency this is a must have. Thank you for bringing this tool to Appsumo. I just don't think people saw this tool it is a sleeper tool. 5 tacos because it does what it says it does and has an audit trail and removes finger pointing.

I've used Ashore in the past and other proofing systems such as Hightail, Cage, MFactor, QuickReviewer and others... all have valuable points of their own, but Ashore has near immediate support response and resolve unlike any other. And while it lacks a feature or two that I'd really like to see, such as client/project folders for multiple proofs, so I only need to send one link to the client instead of 4 – overall Ashore has the best proof to client on-board features: I know exactly when the client viewed the file and who is making edits with accurate time-stamps. I can lock a file to prevent unwanted downloads and can easily change the settings to accommodate each file(s) need. The customizable automated email reminders are awesome too!

Keep up the great work and I know I'll be using Ashore for a long time to come. I just bought an extra code because my business is growing and I don't want to regret not doing so later on.

I personally didn't know Ashore, I had tested another product called Picter (Bought on Appsumo) which is rather similar but sufficiently different that I wished to try Ashore and for the moment I am not at all disappointed.

I'm not going to do the apology of the software because some members have already done it and I would only repeat what has already been said.

However, I would have really appreciated if they offered the same tools as Userback (annotation software and feedback collector I bought on Appsumo too) because in the latter, annotations are dynamic.

For example, you can add numbered icons in order, and when you hover or click on them, a comment is displayed, and this comment can be accompanied by an image to give more precision on the modification to be made.

I invite you to take inspiration from Userback to improve Ashore considerably.
I had already asked Picter to be inspired by Userback but they told me that no customer had asked for it and that it was not part of their priorities. Of course, with Picter, it was possible to annotate messages with the stylus (I don't know if it's possible with Ashore) but the annotations are not dynamic and I find that the visual aspect is very important for tools intended for graphic designers.

Adding more tools and taking inspiration from other graphic designer tools would be interesting for a continuous improvement of the tool like, for example, adding blur, magnifying glass, annotation with multiple icons (directional arrows, V for approval, X (red cross to say it's not good (NG) ) and other visual indicators.

I'm not sure if everyone will agree, but I think these kinds of tools are great and contribute a lot to the visual aspect, which helps the interaction with the clients/people you work with.

Despite this lack, I can only recommend Ashore as it still meets a demand from many designers, and I can only hope that these dynamic tools will be added in the future, hopefully as part of my lifetime plan of course.

I strongly advise you to buy at least one code to test and if you are satisfied, choose a plan that fits your needs. I doubt that such an interesting offer will come again and it would be a real shame to miss it.

Customer service has been awesome! Deborah M. was super speedy with replying to my emails, and was gracious enough to give me a full walk through of the software. She was patient, and answered all of my questions. Definitely worth purchasing multiple codes.

I love how easy it is to share proofs, and the fact that clients don't have to sign up for an account. It shows them screenshots of their website in different responsive modes. Clients will get see what their website looks like on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Set up of workflows and automations are a lifesaver! And, as business owners who doesn't love complete white labelling!

One thing I hope they'll be implementing is live website proofing. I currently use another software for that but it's very basic and does not offer white labelling. I'd love to be able to replace it, and work 100% in Ashore.

This is a really good program. You can really take to another level with a few tweaks.

1. When uploading videos, I get alot of feedback and concern about the play button. It is hidden at the bottom looking grayed out.I know you can't move button to the middle. if you could change the color of the play button to green (universal play button color green)

2. I need a space to add note that visible to the client while they are looking at the proof. e.g. I send a client a social media post and I want to sent the caption and verbiage to go with post, the way its setup now , I have to create a word doc or pdf. you can save me a step by just having the ability to view notes at all times.

3.Whenever I create a proof and wish to assign the proof to a client, I wish I had a directory or roller desk alphabetize to find the right client. As it stands now, i have to know the email or start typing to get a list.I have to many emails to try to remember the right client. Its easy with a just a few client, however when I get to 100 clients it gets messy.

I'm super happy with this deal, it realy made our life easier, I think is a hidden gem here in Appsumo.

Talking with support, they will add intake form sometime this year, which will really change our workflow, we will be able to concentrate all the onboarding and the whole process using one tool.

It's super easy to use it, you can white label it, and the website screenshot feature worked fine for us.

Get it while you can, or regret later!

I think we've all been through the complicated review process on design files or video projects. It's always tricky to get clients to commit to the concept of a "revision session," but Ashore makes it easy. This tool helps me ask for ALL feedback before committing to a new revision, and everything is easy to understand and follow.

Get this deal if you're interested in simpler revisions with your projects!

I've been spending the past couple of hours playing with the Ashore proofing software, and I have to say that I love it! It's so simple to use and is very intuitive. After my brief time with the software, I do hope to see a few changes implemented in the future in order to better serve users' needs

1.) I'd love to be able to re-order my proof requirements without having to delete them all and re-typing them. When you have quite a few, it gets to be tedious

2.) I would love to be able to group sets of requirements that you can apply to individual proofs, instead of having one set to cover every single proof. For instance, video/sound proofs will have different requirements than text/image proofs

3.) I'd like the option to turn the requirement toggles on and off for individual proofs

4.) I'd love to be able to have two customizable confirmation pages- one for "Declined" proofs and the other for "Approved"

5.) **PLEASE** make the page full screen when opening a new proof. While seeing the full PDF document is helpful in some cases, it's a pain to keep zooming in to read the text when you have a 15 page contract or text-heavy doc. On average, the user would have to click the zoom 3-5 times per page for a regular 8.5x11 PDF doc to clearly read 12pt text

5.) Not super important, but it would be nice if the proof image centers on the page when the right sidebar is collapsed

Overall, this software has some serious potential, and I'm looking forward to seeing the future implementations.

I've wanted to use Ashore since 3 came out. I'm a freelancer and the pricing was just out of my budget especially after they increased it last year. I've tested several proofing software apps over the years and I always came back to Ashore as my #1 choice. I like the ease of use for my clients, the simple straight forward interface and the features it offered that others did not. I had to settle for an alternative solely due to cost.

All setup and sent myself a few tests. Love how easy it is to setup and a nice clean dashboard.
Couple of things that I think would improve it slightly though.

Reminders- instead of choosing a day of the week, being able to choose 3 days, 7 day, 14 day's Etc. Instead of Just a single day.

Clients approval screen - more options for them to for instance put a box around something.

Apart from those though it's 👌

I am a podcaster with a support team. I needed a central something to upload pictures, documents, and most importantly audio and video files to.

I downloaded this and immediately tested it out.

I could easily add my mp3.s so we can do back and forth editing where my teammates can download all the content I have deemed "downloadable" and this includes Audio and Video.

The comments are organized by step in the workflow and we can tag each other to certain comments.
Workflow templates as well as customizable workflows are present.
It can be white labelled with my logo.
There is a Zapier integration.

I am definitely impressed! I am so excited to not have to do clunky work arounds in Box and Drop Box.

Just grabbed this and was super excited to try out the website feature of it. The first attempt pulled in some whacky image grabs of the URLs that definitely weren't reflective of the pages. The second was a bit better, but none of the on-page images rendered (they lazyload on the site so that might be the issue - maybe run the screengrab after all the assets are in the viewport?).

PDF was a lot better, but why is everything so crazy zoomed out when viewing the proof page? Is there a way to automatically fit to the width of the proof area viewport?

Can definitely see a TON of potential here, but I definitely wouldn't be comfortable sending a website to a client for review using it as it stands.

I was actually using their service for awhile and thought it was great but at the time wasn't within my budget. Almost spit out my coffee when I saw it was available as a LTD.
Even though I currently just need 1 user, I stacked 3 codes just because of how excited i was lol.
If you do anything where you need to get approval on files this is one to get. Super easy to use. Clean interface and clients will find it easy to use. The design reminds me of something Basecamp would release. That's a huge compliment.
Get this deal ASAP!
