Almost Perfect-could be!
This is a really good program. You can really take to another level with a few tweaks.
1. When uploading videos, I get alot of feedback and concern about the play button. It is hidden at the bottom looking grayed out.I know you can't move button to the middle. if you could change the color of the play button to green (universal play button color green)
2. I need a space to add note that visible to the client while they are looking at the proof. e.g. I send a client a social media post and I want to sent the caption and verbiage to go with post, the way its setup now , I have to create a word doc or pdf. you can save me a step by just having the ability to view notes at all times.
3.Whenever I create a proof and wish to assign the proof to a client, I wish I had a directory or roller desk alphabetize to find the right client. As it stands now, i have to know the email or start typing to get a list.I have to many emails to try to remember the right client. Its easy with a just a few client, however when I get to 100 clients it gets messy.

Also, thank you for helping us better understand your use-case. A "notes" section on a file seems like it could be very helpful for you. It may not be exactly what you need, but you might consider leaving comments on the proof before you send it. That would give you an opportunity to leave contextual notes for your approvers. To do this, you'll select "View Proof" from the Proof Timeline. You'll be redirected to a unique review screen specific to Ashore users. There, you can add comments that will display on your approver's screens. If you have any questions about this, feel free to contact our support team (support@ashoreapp.com).
You also mentioned having a Rolodex that you can use to find-and-select approvers when sending a proof. I might have misunderstood you, but I just wanted to make sure you knew you could type in a user's name to pull up any relevant approvers that already exist in your Ashore account!
