Amazing Tool for Graphic Designers!
I've been spending the past couple of hours playing with the Ashore proofing software, and I have to say that I love it! It's so simple to use and is very intuitive. After my brief time with the software, I do hope to see a few changes implemented in the future in order to better serve users' needs
1.) I'd love to be able to re-order my proof requirements without having to delete them all and re-typing them. When you have quite a few, it gets to be tedious
2.) I would love to be able to group sets of requirements that you can apply to individual proofs, instead of having one set to cover every single proof. For instance, video/sound proofs will have different requirements than text/image proofs
3.) I'd like the option to turn the requirement toggles on and off for individual proofs
4.) I'd love to be able to have two customizable confirmation pages- one for "Declined" proofs and the other for "Approved"
5.) **PLEASE** make the page full screen when opening a new proof. While seeing the full PDF document is helpful in some cases, it's a pain to keep zooming in to read the text when you have a 15 page contract or text-heavy doc. On average, the user would have to click the zoom 3-5 times per page for a regular 8.5x11 PDF doc to clearly read 12pt text
5.) Not super important, but it would be nice if the proof image centers on the page when the right sidebar is collapsed
Overall, this software has some serious potential, and I'm looking forward to seeing the future implementations.

Re: Viewing full screen proofs: Currently, we display the full PDF in the viewport on pageload (full-height). We are actually about to release a feature in the next release that will allow the approver to switch between full height and full width in one click. We believe this will be super helpful!
