Hi when will you be adding updates a couple of features I have requested months ago still havent been implemented even though they were promised..for example -Internal chat system -Able to add custom images/logos to organization, projects, spaces and clients

Currently unable to edit or remove any tags. Tags that are misspelled or no longer required should be able to be removed or edited. Any plan to have it fixed?

You are right. Today we dont have the option of managing tags for task. We didnt think through this initially when we built. Now, many have requested for this feature. We really wanted to upgrade our tier (had the base tier to test it out) but it says sold out, when are you offering the lifetime deal on AppSumo again?

I was in startup event here locally and had a booth set. So, couldnt respond on time.
We dont have any immediate plans to list again in AppSumo. if there is any change in plan will let you know.
Please I would love to have more in depth courses on how I can share learning to use it. This my first tool like this and I'm not the type to guest how from thinking i'll mess something up
