Q: Bump (unanswered 2021 question, issue still exists): Is there a mobile browser issue with AtomChat?

It's displaying "To use the chat, you need to change your browser setting to allow cookies" but the browser is set to accept cookies.

A: Hi Schoelco,

AtomChat works well with popular modern mobile browsers like Chrome,Safari etc. and we haven't observed this issue on them.

Can you please help us with your license related email so the team can reach out and investigate this?

I emailed you about it with screenshot but didn’t hear back. Mobile compatibility is a must, and it didn’t work for me on some very common mobile browsers. I would re-purchase but only if this can be resolved. Thanks.

Testing Atomchat now. A small group of testers, but so far, the two using Safari on cell phones just get an endless loading icon and a message to update their browser (both are fully up to date). A similar problem reported when using an iPad. It works well on Android and any desktop. I would love to go ahead with Atomchat, but mobile use is a must for us. It looks like I will have to cancel.
