Yes, a setup similar to pay-per-use can be achieved with our credit deduction feature. Basically, you can set X number of credits for Y number of messages or video calling minutes.
AtomChat will check if a user has sufficient credits to send a message or do a call.
That being said, the credits management front, i.e. where your users can buy credits has to be present on your website. For WordPress, we have ready integration with the myCred plugin.
