Q: I purchased a tier 3 plan specifically to be able to build off of the premium chat functionality with myCred.
I tried reaching out to your email support but never received a response.
Is there any way to enable pay-per-minute for text chat? Under the myCred integration settings menu, there's an option to set a credits-per-minute for audio and video chat but only pay-per-message for text chat. Is it possible to enable this? It's critical to our current project.

Credits for text messages can be assigned based on the number of messages only and not minutes. That's the feature and it can not be customized.
