I was excited about Atomchat but could not activate the account. Appsumo Support did not resolve the issue and sent me irrelevant advice on using a different email. This was NOT the case here. I never had an account with any email. I tried countless different emails and none would work. Had to refund even though I wanted to use this product. Appsumo Support offered to activate manually and then never did. Appsumo support failed me.
