I have to say, I've read reviews that weren't terribly happy with customer support. I've honestly had the opposite experience. I needed help in integrating with software that was not on their integrations list back when I bought on the first LTD they offered. The atomchat team was incredibly helpful, went in with custom coding and had everything working seamlessly in no time. They helped when I wanted to make changes to my format or didn't realize where to enable and disable things in the dashboard back then (my bad not theirs...but they were great about helping and everything was easy peasy clear from there). They helped again when I asked about being grandfathered into this new LTD deal. Maybe I've been lucky, but all their support was done in a timely professional helpful effective manner. I've had no issues with atomchat on our site in the two years it's been there. Before getting atomchat, our people were communicating by email and social sites, sharing files with we-transfer, doing video chats with zoom...a lot of messy back and forth all over the place. With atomchat they could do screensharing while working on projects, share those larger files without any outside services, collaborate on documents, communicate with video calls, audio call etc all in our own branded site. We haven't used the fact it allows people to communicate in their own languages with auto translation, but figure that will make it easier for anyone anywhere to collaborate all in one place. Never had an issue with the software running well. For all the reasons above...they get five taco's from me.
