Slow support / impossible to integrate alone
Hi,
Before buying I asked a question about the platform I use.
I was told that they will help me integrate with my platform.
I tried by myself then when I couldn't get it I contacted support to help me.
Support sometimes responds after more than a week.
I asked to activate the "social login".
It took a while, then finally they told me there was something wrong with it.
I asked again to help me with the integration.
Support still took a while to respond to me.
They asked me to make an appointment online.
But my main language is not English so I would have preferred chat or email support.
So since then, I have never been able to put Atomchat into production.

I am sorry for the slow support responses.
The social login had started misbehaving recently and has been fixed. It is in QA at the moment and will be released shortly.
I will advise the support team to go online on a chat session with you and help you with your outstanding integration issues.
