This is a powerful chat solution that integrates easily with your website and augments communication and collaboration within the community without having to exit the app for a third party provider. It integrates really well and you can customise almost everything down to your preferences.

Users can text chat, voice video chat, and collaborate. And with 2 codes and above you get screen sharing and with 3 codes white label and email notifications with 50K users. Honestly, don't think I will reach that limit but glad to know that expansion won't be an issue.

It has multiple language support and conversion built in. I am yet to try these as its currently in one language now, but again good to know I don't have to upgrade or depend on G-translate for that.

The concurrent user limit is 500 for now. This shouldn't be a problem for my online class but would like to see what the team does about raising this.

Would have loved to see more storage space. currently not sure how quickly 5 GB will get exhausted. Would it be possible to connect to an external provider (G-drive?) so that I don't have to delete to free up space?

Overall, Ia m very pleased. Can see this replace multiple apps including a collaborative whiteboard app for which alone I paid 100 bucks.
