This is a must buy for designers and marketers
I can't recommend this enough.
I'll approach this review from the perspective of a designer. I'm a UX designer at core and am always looking to improve the clarity in how I can communicate design decisions to clients.
I would say that anyone who is looking to provide validation with data behind their designs needs a tool like Attention Insight. It's is already proving to be very valuable in the few days that I've been using it so far and it definitely helps to articulate those design decisions more clearly.
Designers are used to making intuitive decisions on focal points (areas of highest attention) in the design/artwork they produce. However, we can be wrong and AI will help to ensure we validate everything. Mostly, we can probably predict how the eye travels through a piece of artwork or design. However, we are also mostly (me included) pretty terrible at explaining this to clients. So, when we get those frustrating and incredibly annoying requests to 'make the logo BIGGER' or, 'just make the logo/phone number (or something equally self-serving) POP', we're not well placed to explain why this is a bad idea to the client. Attention Insight will definitely make this process far easier and keep returning the client to be mindful of the user experience with validated research backing us up.
With the data coming back from AI, it should also make those internal design adjustments you end up deliberating over (eg. on where to put CTAs etc.) much easier. A/B testing at the design stage becomes a realistic prospect, all fully validated before going to the client and attempting to explain any design decisions have been made.
Overall, this will really help the design delivery process and analysis, ultimately resulting in the potential to increase conversions. Doubling up Attention Insight (during concept work) with a tool like Hotjar (for live website/app visitor heatmaps) should be a very powerful combination in achieving better results.
I have experienced a couple of minor bugs in early use (probably due to the volume of users suddenly using the tool). However, support has been incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues. So, there's no worries regarding the support system and user focus AI has itself.
Hopefully AI is going to be around for a very long time to come with a strong roadmap and continual development. Therefore, I'm pretty sure that buying a few codes will be a worthy investment in the tool as well as my own business.
I have one code and am off to buy at least two more now...
