Not ready
Bought Tier 1 to test
Lots of "need to upgrade"
No AI, no analytics.
UI not intuitive - It feels like it hasn't been tested yet
Not ready for sale.
Too complicated for a simple course creator.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. The AI is enabled for Tier 1 (the one you subscribed to) Advanced analytics are not (as per Tier 1 details).
Other reports tools are available for tier 1 as well.
