Q: Hello, I just purchased Tier 3, includes 20 websites, 7 users.
Can I allow a user to use the LTD features of my plan? I have a Freelance provider who will provide their services in exchange for using my account for their business. For example, keyword research, after the research is completed they will delete and move on to another KW project. They will also assist me with my domain, etc. Does this make sense? I very much appreciate any additional information or assistance you can provide.

Thanks for your question. Yes of course, you are entitled to have up to 7 additional users as part of the deal. Note, there are different user profiles which are available, as below:
• Admin: The user will have unrestricted access to all sections of the platform.
• Standard User: The user has access to almost everything, with the exception of the Credits, Project Groups, and some other account settings, such as the ability to change their role.
• Link Builder: The user has access to almost everything, with the exception of the Credits, Project Groups, and some other account settings, such as the ability to change their role.
• Tasks Only: The user can interact with the Tasks and Campaigns sections.
• Dashboard Only: The user can interact with the Dashboards.
• Data Reviewer: The user can interact with Reporting, Rankings, Link Data, and Entities. However, functionality within these sections is limited to a more observational role, for example they will not be able to add domains or keywords.
