Q: Hi Laurence, I've watched Craig's review on YouTube and it looks a great platform.
Could you help with these questions:
1)What are the key differences between other SEO tools that have been on AppSumo - thinking of SERP Watch which is back on again (https://appsumo.com/products/serpwatch/) and BIQ (https://appsumo.com/products/biq/) - do you offer features they don't?
2)Could you please elaborate on the benefits of going to Licence Level 3 for the 'Project Visibility'? I presume every website you want to analyse is organised into 'projects' anyway so could you let me know the main advantages of this feature?
3)In your pinned post you mentioned integrating Google Big Data Studio for a fixed price each year depending on the take-up - could you let me know if you have decided what that price will be yet?
Many thanks,
Matt

May 14, 2024A: Sorry Matt - just back from holiday.
1. I'm not too familiar with either platform (save for seeing them on AppSumo). I've taken a quick look at their respective product pages and can see there's quite a lot of overlap.
BIQ - seems focused on keywords and content. Looks like they have some nice on-site content optimisation tools which we don't....at the moment. They don't make a distinction between Commercial Research and Transactional keywords when analysing User Intent. They don't appear to have a crawler, backlink data from Majestic and Core Web Vitals analyser. In terms of rank checking - I cannot be sure - but I'd be surprised if they paginate properly using a browser when collecting data, and can give you as comprehensive range of Universal SERP features and unique analysis such as whether your position is above or below the fold of the page.
SERPWatch - they seem focused on keyword rankings with a sprinkling of Google Analytics and white-label reports/dashboards.
As I mention above - our keyword ranking tool and data is second to none. Why not
compare keyword rankings on their tool with ours and see what story the data tells you?
2. Project Visibility - allows you to segment and compare your SEO visibility against your competitors by keyword tag groups. It's a more granular and useful way of analysing SEO success and failures for meaningful groups of keywords. You can also group competitors - so you can for example group competing companies with multiple websites to get a better reflection of your market share, or assess the share held by all affiliates in your market.
3. It doesn't look like there's a huge demand for this - so it is likely to be £199 per annum for this functionality.
Hope this helps!
