50 emails?

Question

To me, this limit (50 for all tiers) is a deal killer. Who in sales sends 50 emails a month. I get it, you want MRR, but this community isn’t the right target for that. I’d rather have less seats with more emails. Can you explain what I’m missing?

It\u0027s the same problem to me. If i use the follow\u002Dup system and send 3 mail to a contact, i can only use it for 16 clients. If you could raise the limit, i\u0027m interested :)

Just to ensure clarity \u002D the 50 email quota is only decremented at the time when an email nudge / reminder actually goes out, not on general use of your inbox.  If you setup sequences, and there is a reply, the sequence is cancelled, and the quota is only decremented for the nudges/reminders used.\u000a\u000aWe\u0027ve found for many of our large enterprise sales teams (versus mid\u002Dmarket or startup sales teams) , 50 renewing email quota / month is sufficient to start, but many will upgrade later on.\u000a\u000aHope that makes sense!

Agreed, was going to test it out, but as soon as I saw that limit I knew it was going to be way too low.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I would recommend that you increase the email limits based on tier (500 as top?). 50 emails/responses wouldn’t be enough for most sales people. The majority of prospects don’t reply, so they’ll eat up most of the credits quickly. I’m out for now.

Just letting everyone know here we heard you!  We considered the feedback, worked with AppSumo team, and just deployed updated email tiers to correspond with the increasing license tiers :)

for sales annd support i would need significantly more. between active clients and sales this would not come close.... 500  or so seems feasible
