I have this plan. They've been MIA for a few months. No one, including customers, can get ahold of them. Something is going on with the platform as it may be abandoned by the owners.
Q: Does Automaticall auto detect or let callers press 1 or 2 for English or Spanish?
I already know the app supports both languages. I want to know if it can automatically detect and switch languages between callers, for example if one caller speaks Spanish and the next speaks English, or if the caller can press 1 or 2 to select their preferred language. I will be receiving calls from both Spanish and English speakers so being able to handle both languages would be helpful
