Hello,
I thought I would give it a go and whilst the set-up is fairly straightforward, Mark answers to set up the call no matter what phone I call from. I went through the entire process and I get the SMS confirmation. I also updated the FAQs.
1. How do I complete/finalise set-up so Mark can take a break and help someone else?

I understand you are facing some issues with Mark but I don't understand your question quite right, do you mean how to customise Mark to your needs?
If yes, you can do so in the phone robot settings.
Step 1: Go to Automaticall dashboard: https://automaticall.io/forward/dashboard
Step 2: Click on settings button for your phone robot
Step 3: Customise the settings in basic settings according to how you want Mark to speak, save changes and you're set.
