Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Thank you for raising this. We’re already aware of the concern flagged by a community member, and we’ll be publishing an updated Terms & Conditions shortly. The current version is a legacy draft and doesn’t clearly state that violations of our terms may result in account termination. Once the revised document is finalized, we’ll make a public announcement and follow up directly on your comment with the update.

As of 31 AUG 2025 it remains unchanged. This is a good catch and disconcerting. That said, support via Discord remains engaging so there is hope.
