Apologies for all the questions—I'm just trying to get a better understanding of how the application works. If I purchase the 3-code package, does that mean I can either set up one robot per code (for 50 minutes each) with three different phone numbers, or combine all three codes for a single robot with 150 minutes going to one number?

the notification email of the message is only sent to one person, or can it be forwarded to multiple people? or to a Whatsapp group?
Currently it is only setup to one person, multiple people is a good point and we will add this in the future such that you can add support for more people.
WhatsApp you can customise to any number you want and WhatsApp group is not supported

Thank you for quick response, I not familiar with call forwarding, as I don't use that option much, but can one control when to forward a call? Like after the 4th ring to forward the call? Or is it once forwarded your phone don't ring at all and goes directly to the number it was forwarded too?
You're welcome, here we forward only missed calls and you can have control over the number of rings, for example in the US we have number of seconds you can control between 5-30 seconds.
All in all, your phone rings, only when you don't pick up, phone robot picks it up.

Can we choose which email to send it or you use the email we signed up with?
You can choose which email you want the notification to come to in the phone robot settings.
Step 1: Go to https://automaticall.io/forward/dashboard
Step 2: Click on the settings button for your phone robot
Step 3: Change the email, in the basic settings, continue, continue, save changes.
And done ✅
