When selecting a custom region for screen recording, the quality is pretty low! Is it possible to record in HD or acceptable quality when selecting a specific area for recording?
I already set my settings on high, but that does not record in high when you select a custom area not full screen. My use case is custom recording only and recorded videos are extremely low in quality, unfortunately.

A: Hi Yes, that's possible. When recording a selected area, you can choose "fixed size," then select the corresponding format for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, as well as aspect ratios like 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, or 4:3, etc.

Are you referring to the zoom feature effect? If so, it is not currently supported, but we are working on it, so please stay tuned. In the meantime, an alternative is to use the AWZ Screen Recorder’s annotation tool to highlight the parts of the video you want to emphasize.
You can select the annotation feature while recording to view the available annotation tools and choose the ones that suit your needs. We offer a variety of annotation tools to help users highlight and emphasize important points.
