Writing because of recent complaints of losing credits (Targetron forgot we were customers). I don't know what happened, and I suspect it was a technical glitch, but I do want to mention that writing to them on their chat did have a good result.. They sent me an email (may have taken a couple of days?) that my credits were restored and asked for me to send my purch invoice to confirm. To me that sounds like an acquisition gone awry or bad recordkeeping..

As to the product itself, it seems to do what it says it will.. It's of limited use for me, since it's really focused on local bricks and mortar businesses, but it does come in handy..

Anyway - it seemed fair to review for good service.. Appsumo could have been more proactive though..

Here is another user who does not get their credits automatically. When I asked if they could send me the credits from the last three months, they did not even respond. The lifetime credits are apparently not what you might expect. They simply removed the appsumo code from my account, again and again.

Here another user that not gets its credits automatically, when I ask if they can send me the credits from the last 7 months I get only credits for 2 months. Very very annoying ...

The one thing you guys should test, and the redemption codes dont work.... Now im stuck having paid, and not even being able to access the product.

This is still not working April 2. The team have not been able to help for days.

This is a GREAT purchase. If you're doing mail outs or local marketing, this is a massive score.
The staff is helpful too. I had a little trouble redeeming and Allen on the team there helped me out big time.
