My question is: Can I communicate in German in the chat as well?
This is especially important because I am newly managing a larger online shop, and it would be very important if I can chat with it in German and accordingly receive the answers and the processed data in German. Is this guaranteed?

Mar 27, 2026A: Yes, so far Backona has been tested by both us and our users in English, Italian and German, where we have a large number of users, as well as Ukrainian, Chinese and a few other languages. I have also used it in Polish around 30 percent of the time, and it works just as well as in English. Thanks for your interest.
