Q: Can a brand be moved to its own account?
I'm considering upgrading to tier 3, but need to know if it is possible to migrate a brand to a new Baseline account. I work primarily as a consultant on a project basis and I'm looking to offer extended support that could include Baseline, but want to be clear up front what happens to the system I set up if they decide not to continue working with me.

Apr 12, 2025A: We can manually move brands between accounts but there isn't a way for a user to do that. In most cases our customers who are managing clients remove their access to it in those scenarios. An alternative they do is have them sign up for an account they can help manage.
