Are you planning to introduce a feature/function, so that you can choose to publish to the top or bottom of the queue, when you add a post, if so when? (unchangeable default to bottom of the queue is not great for e.g. "latest news")

2 Can you turn off any 'optimising' of timing of posts going out, so they go out exactly at the time in the schedule? Is this a setting in the category? I cannot find it. Posts go out at random times +-20 min of the scheduled time.
