Q: Hi, The concept looks great.

I would purchase but have concerns. I tried it last time it was here and refunded, for two reasons:

1) support was poor on a technical / practical level. The details were not considered or understood. So replies were generic.

2) I hit an issue where saw another customer's app when trying to create my own test app, which seemed a major issue but support didn't appear to think so.

It felt like the technical expertise was not within Beezer but outsourced. Is that the case?

The business tools included are good choices. So I look forward to any info that would give more confidence.

- I am sorry to find out that you had an unsatisfactory experience with our customer support. Could you please share any specific concerns via email at [email protected], and I will make sure to address them?

2) I hit an issue where saw another customer's app when trying to create my own test app, which seemed a major issue but support didn't appear to think so.

- As mentioned above, please drop us an email, and I will address any outstanding issues immediately.

It felt like the technical expertise was not within Beezer but outsourced. Is that the case?

- The Beezer technical team consists of full time customer support agents, developers, and testers who work as employees of the company.
