Q: Is Tier 5 truly Unlimited? Logical errors in FAQ and Dashboard.
I am a Tier 5 ($490) holder with Unlimited Apps/Sub-accounts and 4,000 SMS.
Your official FAQ states: "We offer an Agency plan if you are building less than 30 apps; upgrade if you need more."
This is illogical because your Tier 3/4 already offer 50/100 apps. Why does the FAQ for my "Unlimited" plan mention a 30-app limit?
Also, my dashboard only says "Tier 5 - Subscribed" but DOES NOT display "Unlimited" or my SMS balance.
Please confirm:
Is the "30-app" mention a mistake?
Will you update the dashboard to show the "Unlimited" status and SMS credits I paid for?
I expect my account to clearly reflect the Unlimited specs I purchased.
