Great Support
I purchased Beezer Tier 5 about 20 months ago. I'm writing today to acknowledge the Beezer support team. I've chatted with several members over that time. They are always professional and courteous. Often, my issue(s) was/were self-induced. When I experienced an actual bug, the first-level support agents not only 'buck' the issue to the development team but stay involved and reported progress and success.
I paid once but am treated as a first-class Beezer citizen. I had ample time after I paid to test the available features. That means I knew what I was getting. I'm not a coder but I have 'created' over 50 apps so far. Most have been learning exercises and I feel I have learned a lot. I've reached the point whereby I feel confident enough in the product to have white-labeled an App Shell and App Platform. I cannot say that for many other LTD purchases I have made from several sales platforms.
Beezer's tagline is "Build Your Own App in Minutes & Without Any Coding". That is an accurate statement. Because of (a) that, (b) the improvements and feature additions that have occurred since I purchased, and (c) the great support I routinely receive, I give Beezer 5 Taco praise.
