One of the most frequently requested features from our community is now live.

You can now create custom registration emails for your events, giving you full control over the welcome message attendees receive after registering.

And if you've enabled email verification for your event, you can now customize the email verification message as well.

This means you can:

✅ Personalize your attendee welcome experience

✅ Include event-specific instructions, links, and details

✅ Match your brand voice and messaging

✅ Send emails in your preferred language—not just English

✅ Create a more professional registration journey from start to finish

We've always provided automatic registration and verification emails, but now you can make them your own.

Big update: video calls are now included with every BeHuman.Online account 🎉

You can now use BeHuman Calls for rooms with up to 4 participants — with no AWS Chime, 100ms, or third-party video account required.

This makes it much easier to run small interactive experiences inside BeHuman.Online, including:

✅ quick meetings

✅ small lounge tables

✅ coaching rooms

✅ private conversations

✅ exhibitor or networking chats

The best part: it just works automatically. No extra setup, and no separate video account needed for small rooms.

For larger rooms, you still have flexible options:

BeHuman Calls — included for rooms up to 4 participants

100ms — optional provider with a generous monthly allowance

AWS Chime SDK — optional provider for larger-scale or higher-volume rooms

You can also optionally enable auto-scaling for your rooms. That means a room can start on included BeHuman Calls by default, and if a 5th participant joins, BeHuman can automatically move the room to your connected provider, such as 100ms or AWS Chime.

The new flow is simple:

1. Start with included BeHuman Calls for small rooms
2. Connect 100ms or AWS Chime when you need rooms with 5+ participants
3. Optionally enable auto-scaling so rooms can grow automatically
4. Keep using BeHuman.Online as your branded event space and control layer

This update is especially helpful for Sumo-lings who want to create beautiful branded events, lounges, coaching spaces, or networking experiences without dealing with video provider setup right away.

AWS Chime SDK and 100ms both remain fully supported for customers who need larger interactive rooms, recording options, or specific provider billing models.
