Hey Sumo-lings! 👋

We've just launched a new Community section in BeHuman.Online, giving your members a place to connect before, during, and long after your live events.

Your attendees can introduce themselves before a session, ask questions afterward, share what they're working on, and keep building relationships between meetups—all inside your branded BeHuman.Online space.

With Community, you can:

✅ Share announcements, updates, and member wins in an activity feed

✅ Organize discussions into categories, with replies and accepted answers that members can revisit

✅ Help members discover each other through a member directory and personal profiles

✅ Celebrate participation with optional points, levels, and leaderboards

✅ Keep conversations welcoming with moderation tools and member reporting

And it all works alongside your lounges, video calls, live streams, and content pages, so members can move from a discussion to a live conversation in the same space.

Want to build an ongoing community? Use the No End Date option to keep your space open between events. You can also start with a community and add live sessions, coaching, or networking whenever you’re ready.

Whether you're bringing together a coaching group, a professional network, a membership community, or attendees from your latest conference, there's now more reason for everyone to come back. ❤️

➡️ To get started, within your event's backend, click Community, then click Enable Community. From there, you can customize your categories, choose which features to show, and make the space your own.

As always, thank you for your feedback and for being part of the journey.

Hey Sumo-lings! 👋

One of the most frequently requested features from our community is now live.

You can now create custom registration emails for your events, giving you full control over the welcome message attendees receive after registering.

And if you've enabled email verification for your event, you can now customize the email verification message as well.

This means you can:

✅ Personalize your attendee welcome experience

✅ Include event-specific instructions, links, and details

✅ Match your brand voice and messaging

✅ Send emails in your preferred language—not just English

✅ Create a more professional registration journey from start to finish

We've always provided automatic registration and verification emails, but now you can make them your own.

As always, thank you for your feedback and feature requests. Many of our best improvements come directly from the AppSumo community, and we're excited to keep building alongside you.

Hey Sumo-lings! 👋

Big update: video calls are now included with every BeHuman.Online account 🎉

You can now use BeHuman Calls for rooms with up to 4 participants — with no AWS Chime, 100ms, or third-party video account required.

This makes it much easier to run small interactive experiences inside BeHuman.Online, including:

✅ quick meetings

✅ small lounge tables

✅ coaching rooms

✅ private conversations

✅ exhibitor or networking chats

The best part: it just works automatically. No extra setup, and no separate video account needed for small rooms.

For larger rooms, you still have flexible options:

BeHuman Calls — included for rooms up to 4 participants

100ms — optional provider with a generous monthly allowance

AWS Chime SDK — optional provider for larger-scale or higher-volume rooms

You can also optionally enable auto-scaling for your rooms. That means a room can start on included BeHuman Calls by default, and if a 5th participant joins, BeHuman can automatically move the room to your connected provider, such as 100ms or AWS Chime.

The new flow is simple:

1. Start with included BeHuman Calls for small rooms
2. Connect 100ms or AWS Chime when you need rooms with 5+ participants
3. Optionally enable auto-scaling so rooms can grow automatically
4. Keep using BeHuman.Online as your branded event space and control layer

This update is especially helpful for Sumo-lings who want to create beautiful branded events, lounges, coaching spaces, or networking experiences without dealing with video provider setup right away.

AWS Chime SDK and 100ms both remain fully supported for customers who need larger interactive rooms, recording options, or specific provider billing models.

We’re excited to keep making BeHuman.Online easier, more flexible, and more powerful for you.

Thanks as always for being part of the journey ❤️

Hey Sumo-lings! 👋

We built BeHuman.Online to make hosting beautiful, branded online experiences easier than ever — and now it’s getting even easier.

We’ve just introduced new event templates designed around common use cases we see from the AppSumo community. Whether you’re running a coaching lounge, a networking session, a conference or summit, or even a simple meeting, you now have ready-to-go starting points that handle the setup for you.

Of course, everything is still fully customizable — but these templates give you a head start so you can launch faster, with fewer clicks.

We appreciate every one of you. Thanks for being part of our journey ❤️

Hey Sumo-lings! 👋

Our first AWS Chime alternative is now LIVE in BeHuman.Online, and includes 10,000 free attendee minutes every single month!

You can now directly use the video engine from 100ms.live within your BeHuman.Online events for your attendees to connect in the lounge, privately, or at exhibitor pages, with the same lounge experience your attendees already love.

➡️ 10,000 minutes is enough to bring together a group of 20 people for an hour - 8 times, or 5 people for an hour - 33 times!

🔄️ Easily toggle between 100ms.live & AWS Chime in your event's backend creating amazing flexibility to optimize your budget.

Toggle your event from AWS Chime to 100ms in seconds.

In your event, open the Details navigation, then the Integrations tab. From here, explore the Guide, or switch to the 100ms tab to link your account.

More exciting updates are coming soon! 🚀
